Senior HR & Talent Manager
My client, a rapidly growing technology SME, are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to help them drive growth through people. Reporting directly into the COO they are looking for someone that can make their company an employment destination for top talent within the industry.
This is a hands-on role and will be required to own the management of the overall HR operations, projects and the delivery of strategic objectives. The vast majority of the position will initially be attracting talent to fill open positions and help the company grow quickly.
Key responsibilities will include; Recruitment, Talent management, ER management, HR Policy, L & D, Compensation & Benefits, and Change Management.
Previous HR & Talent Management experience (at least 5-7 years) within a SME entrepreneurial business growing business would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness, the ability to operate autonomously as a HR function, and the ability to help the business leaders bring focus, accountability and discipline to the organisation through people management, traction and inspiration.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Qualified to Level 7.
