Our established and growing business based in Oxfordshire and are seeking a stand-alone resilient HR Manager who is a strong HR generalist/ HR Manager ideally with a manufacturing background looking to their team and manage the full employee life cycle.

Reporting in to the Managing Director you will provide first line support to the organisation of around 120 staff with HR related issues, create, amend and implement policies and procedures, as well as managing staff needs to maintain a happy and healthy workforce including creating new schemes and reviewing employee feedback. You will look after the full employee lifecycle including any ER issues, where you will keep up to date with employment law. You will manage and develop the processes to for the learning and development agenda to develop the team to support growth within the company's structure. You will take ownership of the full HR function, as well as helping to introduce a range of other initiatives too. This is not an exhaustive list and will be a fully rounded HR Manager position.
You will be a very well rounded HR Generalist/ HR Manager who can create policies as well as amend them too, someone who can take ownership and lead the function, ultimately you will be confident in all things HR. Someone with strong tenacity and ability to work well within a team as a great communicator and relationship builder working alongside the senior management team as well as someone who is proactive, independent and autonomous, someone who possesses great attention to detail and strong knowledge of UK employment law.
