My client is a fast paced call centre and customer service organisation based in Stevenage. In the last year they have grown in business and cater specifically to insurance policies. They are looking for a highly driven customer service advisor to start the role.
The responsibilities of the customer service advisor include:
Liaise with customers and other levels of seniority
Liaise between internal and external contacts
Keeping files and records up to date
Facilitate mortgage applications
Control processes, ensuring a smooth, quick and seamless delivery of service
Be confident in both written and spoken communication
The successful candidate will:
Be able to provide a unique and tailored service to your customers
Have previous exposure working in Customer Service Advisor Roles
Be confident engaging with all levels of seniority on the phone
Willing to learn and participate in the training provided
Parking on site
