Pay Range: £62k - £70k inclusive of Directors Allowances

About the role
Reporting to the Chief Executive, this new post will be a key member of the HES Senior Management Team, working closely with senior leadership colleagues across the organisation to lead the organisation to achieve its strategic vision. The People Director will have lead responsibility on all aspects of corporate people management and organisational learning & development across HES.
