Client Details

My client is a high end FMCG company based in Welwyn. Over the past 10 years they have grown in popularity and have excelled in their fantastic service. They are in need of a hardworking and motivated customer service advisor.

Description

The responsibilities of the customer service advisor include:

Develop customer relationships
Process all customer orders with efficiency and accuracy
Resolver all customer complaints with confidence and positivity
Up selling where possible, offering a wide range of products
Supporting management with reports and providing in depth knowledge on client accounts

Profile

The successful candidate will:

Direct customer contact experience (Verbal)
Professional experience in Customer Service
Good working knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and SAP/ERP system or Sales Force
Processing Orders on Internal System
