We are pleased to supporting our online client in their search for a HR Business Partner to join them in a full time permanent basis in Berlin, Germany.

Reporting to the HR Director in London, but with a dotted reporting line to the Managing Director of DACH, Benelux and Scandinavia you will be responsible for HR across the Berlin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join an exciting and growing business, where HR can make a real difference.

This role will be responsible for a HR Manager and HR Assistant based in Berlin, and will have the full support of the 16 strong HR team based in London and Warsaw.

·Strong stakeholder management skills
·Native Level German and fluent English - Essential
·Very good knowledge of German employment law
·Proven HR business partnering skills
·Ability to produce creative, business sound solutions
·Evidence of end to end HR project delivery
·Proven track record to deliver projects on time and on budget
·Ability to prioritise effectively
·Someone who exceeds people's expectations on a regular basis
