Job Details
My client is a leading financial services company based in Canary Wharf, looking for a Recruiter to join the team of 4. We are looking for candidates with solid recruitment experience ideally within Financial Services. Candidates will also need to have gravitas to work with senior level stakeholders, excellent relationship building skills and the ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously. In this role you will work together with hiring managers in their client group and provide the full lifecycle recruitment service. Also execute talent acquisition strategies to attract talent using different sourcing techniques. The successful candidate will have 3-5years diverse recruitment experience, ideally currently in house or RPO. It's essential you have parenting senior management experience and are used to complex recruitment issues/challenges within the FS sector. Please do get in touch if you have the above!
