This is a true generalist role in nature ranging from ER, projects, training coordination and project work so you will be able to juggle many different tasks and priorities at one time.
Strong interpersonal skills are a must with an ability to engage and challenge stakeholders at all levels and operate with a real can-do approach.
You will be able to demonstrate significant experience at operating at this level, evidence operating with traditional and non-traditional approaches to HR along with holding a CIPD qualification.
