HR Business Partner 6-month FTC, Investment Services, London, up to £70,000

Market leading business is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their London office. This is a great opportunity to join for the next 6 months a global organisation with a fantastic culture.

The successful HR Business Partner will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting and collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Key Expectations:

  • Proved experience in a similar role, ideally financial or investment services business;
  • Experience in a heavily matrixed and regulated business;
  • Ability to manage and build strong professional relationships with senior stakeholders and clients;
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Excellent computer skill;

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of the People Strategy;
  • Partner with colleagues in developing and supporting various programmes and processes;
  • Work closely with the Head of HR;
  • Identify the needs of the business and provide strategic and insightful solutions;
