APAC and LATAM Benefits Manager role
Oakleaf Partnership are working with an international Legal firm based in City of London recruiting for a Benefits Manager for the APAC and LATAM Regions. This is a permanent position reporting into the Global Benefits Manager. The role will include:Responsible for identifying, implementing and maintaining schemes/services that are current, competitive and in compliance with legislative requirementsAccountable for the implementation of new country due diligence by conducting review of regulatory requirements and market practice.Primary contact for all benefit vendors in the region.Proactively manage benefit providers, consultants and benefits administration providers in the development and pricing analysis of benefit options and programmes; ensure schemes/services meet partners' and employees' needsResponsibility for maintaining, analyzing and sharing current and developing legislation/regulations affecting benefit plans in order to determine potential risk or impact on the Firm; Skills required include: Exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Able to own and run their function, as well as working within a wider team.Advanced Excel skillsExperience with Benefits in the APAC and LATAM regionsExperience supporting a flexible benefits platform in a large and complex organisation structure (preferably operating in multiple locations).Previous European benefits exposure advantageous.
