Talent Resourcing Manager £55,000 +bonus London, Permanent Facilities management experience a plus
Your new company
This global organisation is seeking a Resourcing Talent Manager to drive the recruitment across a number of global accounts and support the ongoing Facilities management client group. Reporting to the Head of Resourcing you will have full ownership of the recruitment.
Your new role
As the Talent Resourcing Manager you will be responsible for the recruitment of facilities management vacancies across the business. There is a dedicated team assigned to various verticals which will be in support along with resources to lean on.
What you'll need to succeed
- Working across multiple global accounts
- Internal and Agency experience at a senior level with a strong operational recruitment focus
- Worked within large matrix organisations
- Excellent business partnering and stakeholder engagement
- Worked in a fast paced changing environment
