Job Title: Talent Advisor / Internal Recruiter
Location: London
Pay rate: £220 - £250 Limited day rate
Duration: 3 Months
Morgan McKinley is recruiting for a Talent Advisor to work for a global luxury fashion brand in Westminster. This is a 3 months contract paying up to £250 a day limited rate. You will be responsible for direct sourcing, managing the recruitment process and filling roles across the business, mostly in finance and tech. You must have experience of recruiting finance or tech.
Main duties:
- Directly sourcing for live vacancies across the business, mostly finance and tech
- Develop talent pools of candidates
- Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers and agencies on all live positions
- Ensure candidate records are updated on the system
Essential experience
- Must have 2+ years recruitment experience
- Must have experience recruiting finance and tech
