Senior HR Manager
We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to join a high growth technology company in Central London and lead the UK business.
With HQ in the USA, the Senior HR Manager will lead a small team and oversees all people strategies for the companies two UK offices.
The Senior HR Manager will also work closely with the EMEA Sales VP and their SLT and focus on enhancing the performance of their growing sales department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead People strategy for the UK
- Coach and advise managers
- Employee engagement
- Performance management
- Performance enhancement
- Salary Review and benchmarking
- Employee relations
- Manage and develop HR team
The ideal candidate must have extensive UK HR generalist experience and have led and developed a HR team. Experience of Partnering with a sales function is also must.
