Interim HR Director
Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a leading not for profit organisation who are looking to appoint an Interim HR Director to join their team. You will have overall responsibility for all human resources strategies and functions including HR Operations, Learning and Development, Organisational Development and Partners services. Leadership of the HR department and responsibility for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, processes and services which support organisational strategy, corporate plans and performance. Main responsibilitiesDevelopment and implementation of HR and Organisational Development strategy, policies and processes which comply with legislation, best practice and fit with organisational needs, values and cultureDevelop human resources strategies, work-plans and performance reporting which support the Strategy overall corporate plan and associated Key Performance Indicators.Ensure the delivery of an effective HR business partner service to managers and employees across the organisation, providing advice on HR policies, procedures and best practice.Oversee the provision of organisational learning and development services in support of corporate objectives.Lead the delivery of organisational development plans, activities and projects which support change and build organisational capability.Ensure that all employee and partner policies, processes and practices comply with equality and diversity legislation.Lead Human Resources and Organisational Development initiatives and major projects. To be successful for this position you should have demonstrable senior leadership and senior generalist HR experience gained within a not for profit environment. You should have a broad, extensive HR background including change management, organisational and management development, talent and performance management, reward, and employee relations and learning and development.
