- Lead HR people agenda for departmental / site projects working with key stakeholders.
- Support HR strategies, and supporting to embed initiatives.
- Influence change, challenging mind-sets and also identify, initiate and implement improvements in work processes.
- Develop and facilitate the execution of workforce planning and facilitate active succession and development planning for key roles.
- Support and coach senior management teams to improve the effectiveness of performance development.
- Lead complex disciplinary and grievance casework and to provide management of absence across functional areas, as well as provide workshops to upskill managers in these areas
