Benefits Analyst

We are working with a leading Financial Services organisation and employer of choice in Manchester, to recruit a permanent Benefits Analyst.

You will be responsible managing the UK flexible benefits arrangements including the management and maintenance of the queries portal ensuring all benefit queries are dealt with efficiently. You will assist with the design, review and maintenance of the benefits material brochures and intranet content. You will support the annual flexible benefits selection process and ensure the portal is running smoothly including testing etc before going live. You will ensure the UK flexible arrangements are compliant, update policies and adhere to any changes in legislation. Finally, you will manage third party relationships and take on additional projects.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a benefits analyst to join a prestigious organisation and contribute to the success and delivery of service of the benefits function. You are an experienced benefits analyst with experience working in a large global organisation (ideally). You have excellent written and verbal communications skills with strong attention to detail. You have advanced excel skills and keen to deliver a high level of service to an organisation.
