French Speaking HR Business Partner
A fantastic organisation is looking for a strong HR Business Partner to join their rapidly growing organisation. The main purpose of the role will be to provide expertise on initiatives and programmes to create a high performance culture and to support new country growth in Europe. Responsibilities will include the full range of HR activities as well as developing and implementing people strategies, supporting new country set up and managing HR projects.
The successful candidate must have fluent French language skills and possess broad European HR Generalist experience. Strong commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial attitude is required along with the ability to influence, coach and drive impact through effective working relationships.
