They are now looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join them on a two year contract.

The Role

As a Human Resources Advisor, you will deliver a high-quality HR service to our client’s group. 

Joining an HR team of four, you will: 

- Provide advice, guidance and coaching to colleagues on all HR matters 
- Deliver training to managers 
- Co-ordinate recruitment activities 
- Develop and review policies and procedures
- Arrange and attend employee relations-related meetings  
- Support continuous improvement activities
- Occasionally travel to our client’s other sites

About You 

To be considered as a Human Resources Advisor, you’ll need: 

- Previous experience at HR advisor level 
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle 
- A proactive approach 
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ideally, you’ll have a CIPD or similar qualification, but this isn’t essential.
