Recruitment Administrator role working in Liverpool city centre for a leading professional services business.

Description

* Lead the end to end recruitment process, to include shortlisting candidates, supporting hiring managers with interviews as well as on-boarding
* File HR information in both physical and electronic formats
* Add information to HR databases and spreadsheets
* Provide a weekly work report to the HR Manager
* Manage HR telephone and email queries
* Assist in training administration
* Assist in internal audits
* Draft documentation including: salary review letters, offer letters, contracts and resignation acceptance letters

Profile

  • recruitment / resourcing administration experience
  • ideally have a professional services background
