Job Details
**Regional HRBP - £50k**
Annapurna Recruitment is currently undergoing a search for a strong HRBP with a background in Engineering/Construction/Manufacturing. The client is a market leading company moving to a new office shortly in an exciting stage of their growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regionally travel on a semi-regular basis.
- Deliver and support on a brand new talent strategy for the organisation.
- Work on various different HR projects, supports the more senior HR members of the team to design and implement variopus projects.
- Collaborate closely with various different managers within the organisation to coach and advise on various different HR matters.
Required Experience:
- Have a demonstrable background of delivering value through different HR projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ideally experience dealing unions.
- Demonstrable experience of adding value to organisations through HR projects.
- Experienced working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Engineering/Construction/Manufacturing experience is preferable, however, not essential.
