Group Head of Reward
LMA is exclusively partnering with an innovative and entrepreneurial global business to recruit the Group Head of Reward.
This is a newly created role which sits on the HR leadership team and has been created to drive the huge HR transformation agenda that is currently underway.
Reporting the the Group HR Director you will lead this new global function and impact positive change through the creation of an innovate and fit for purpose Reward strategy that helps the business align itself to its commercial objectives.
The success of this role will be built from on foundations of high quality data management and governance to enable the business to make better decisions and to enhance the leadership development and talent management strategy through clearly defined pay for performance and fair ,engaging incentive plans.
The Group Head of Reward will interact with Executives across the business as the trusted Remuneration expert advisor and will require strong leadership and negotiation skills.You will able to understand complex Reward and incentive arrangements and come up with alternative , simplified and effective Reward products that are easy to understand and provide clear benefits to both the business and the workforce.
You will be a confident leader with ability to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders and build business cases with significant sponsorship of change.
