LMA is delighted to be working with a consultancy firm in the London area who are recruiting an Interim Reward Consultant.
The Interim Reward Consultant will report into the Head of Reward and will support on a number of key Reward projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Produce and manage Compensation Data
- Support Head of Reward to delivery annual pay review
- Support on job evaluation and grading project
- Manage Benefits enrolment process
- Benefits harmonisation
- Implementation of HRIS upgrade
The ideal candidate profile:
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Able to thrive in ambiguous environments
- Demonstrates commoerciality and understanding of bigger picture
- proactive and can do attitude
- Natural curiosity and desire to problem solve
- Excellent written communication
- Able to work at pace and roll up sleeves
- Highly analytical
- Intermediate to advanced excel
