This role reports directly into the Head of Reward, and is part of an established Reward team, who you will work collaboratively with to carry out the implementation and delivery of Reward strategy for the business. This will involve assisting on the annual remuneration cycle, playing a key role in the salary survey submission process and supporting on job evaluations and levelling. You will also have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in Reward projects and initiatives, as well as carrying out data analysis in order to provide meaningful data insights for the business.
The client is looking to meet candidates who have supported on one full compensation cycle as this will allow you to hit the ground running in this role. Also, technical expertise in Excel or HR systems would be of huge benefit in this role.
The role is based in West London, and with every day different from the last, you will enjoy a fast-paced and varied role and the firm are paying up to £45,000 depending upon experience, plus a 10% bonus.
