My client works with all media agencies across the UK on their advertising strategies. Working with high profile clients and bodies they ensure clear delivery across all media channels. They are looking for a HR Manager to join their HR team.
As HR Manager you will be a full HR generalist with additional experience supporting on projects such as implementing of a new HRIS, reward and benefits reviews and updating of policies and procedures and creating and implementing a new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy. The role offers autonomy across all areas of HR to truly support the growing business needs from a HR prospective. The organisation currently has 120 employees within the world of advertising, media and legal and it is high on their agenda to continually drive high performance whilst maintaining excellent levels of engagement. Within this role you will led on the employee engagement surveys and working closely with your two HR Advisors and senior leaders to deliver the strategy and support a high performing workplace.
Working closely with the Director of Corporate Services you will be the first point of call for all HR queries. You will support the senior leadership team on people planning and performance management with focus on EDI. To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate your excellent HR knowledge and understanding of UK employment law. You will have experience working in a SME sized business working flexibly with the employee being at the heart of what you deliver. You will be CIPD qualified or with equivalent experience.
A self-starter and collaborative thinker you will be able to evidence your ability to work with mid to senior level stakeholders effectively and going above and beyond to support your colleagues. You will have worked in a senior level role where you will have had line management experience within a HR operational or generalist capacity.
