Learning & Development Partner
London, Canary Wharf
£33,400 - £39,550

Ofgem is committed to making a positive difference for energy consumers through effective regulation of the market and close working with suppliers to ensure sustainable energy for consumers and businesses in the UK.

We now have an opportunity for an experienced and qualified professional to shape and embed a Learning/Organisational Development Strategy that helps to retain the talent and skills we need to deliver our organisational objectives. You’ll help to shape a working environment founded on continuous improvement, developing and delivering engaging and relevant training programmes, tailored to organisational need and drawing on best practice in our industry and beyond. You’ll ensure that the impact of our training programmes are measured, ensuring value for money at all times. You’ll build positive working relationships across the organisation, providing professional advice to colleagues, and supporting effective analysis of learning needs.

We expect you’ll have a professional qualification, such as CIPD and that you can present a strong track record of delivering a range of learning and development programmes in your career to date. Strong communication skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships with others will be key – you should be able to describe how you have adopted an internal consultancy or coaching approach in previous roles. You’ll need excellent presentation skills along with highly developed project management abilities and a commitment to working well in a team environment.

  • Flexible working hours and family friendly policies
