Job Details

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager or Business Partner who is interested in managing the operational HR function and adding value on the overall HR strategy.

The Role:
As the HR Manager you are responsible for leading the development, implementation, management of and understanding of HR strategies, policies and programs to support the business in achieving its goals.

Key areas of interests are L & D, having a consultative approach to change and direction of the business, Equality & Diversity and experience in managing the people elements and consultation of an office relocation.
 
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in an HR Manager or Business Partner capacity within an SME,  providing guidance and advice on a range of HR issues.  Proven experience planning and delivering on HR strategic projects.  CIPD or equivalent qualification.  Exceptional written and verbal communications.

You will have a highly consultative and persuasive style, be able demonstrate good problem solving skills and have the drive to follow projects through to completion.
