A HR Assistant is required for 3 months based in Kelvedon £12 per hour

A HR Assistant is required on a temporary basis for a Public-Sector organisation for a period of around 3 months, however this could extend or lead onto a permanent position.
Your new role
This is a busy, generalist role, where you will be providing transactional support to a shared service function that has recently gone through a period of change and implemented a new HRIS system.
You will work within a team, reporting to the HR Operations manager dealing with 1st line queries. Management of the shared HR inbox. You will create contracts and administer changes to employee terms and conditions. Process starters and leavers on the HR system. Provide basic advice, referring to policies and input data accurately onto the HRIS system.
What you'll need to succeed
Its essential that you have previous experience in an administrative role within a HR department. This role includes extensive work using the internal HRIS system and Excel, so it's essential that you have a good level of systems and are comfortable using MS Excel extensively.
You will be customer focused and committed to providing a good service to managers and employees that require assistance. As this role is fast paced, you must be able to prioritise and manage a busy work load.
