About the company
Ashley Kate are looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant for our client based in Kennington on a 10 month fixed term contract.

About you
We are looking for a talented, organised HR Administrator who has a minimum of 12 months experience. You will need to have the following skills/experience -
·Strong communication skills both face to face and over the phone.
·Excellent attention to detail.
·Experience of coordinating the company recruitment process.
·Excellent administrative skills with strong IT skills.
·Experience of using a HR system.

About the role
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, This is a vital role within the HR department where you will be providing administrative support for the full range of HR processes including recruitment, payroll and reporting.

The main duties will include -
·Day to day management of the recruitment and selection process including drafting JD's, liaising with agencies, arranging interviews, creating offer letters, deliver HR inductions to new starters.
·Accurately prepare the monthly payroll process.
·Utilise the HR System to produce a range of reports including new starters, leavers, promotions, pension schemes and employee benefits.
