We're currently working with a global bank on an opportunity for an HR Administrator to join their UK head office HR team. You'll be part of a team of 3 Administrators that support the HR Business Partners and the Head of HR UK, thus being a position with terrific exposure and potential to build close working relationships with senior HR professionals.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating onboarding from offer letters to probation documents

Collate monthly information for payroll and support with annual compensation review

Produce management information as requested

Maintain the HR database ensuring files are up to date

Support the recruitment process from managing applications to interviewing candidates

Assist the HRBP's as and when required, inclusive of involvement in project work

Coordinate learning & development workshops and courses

Ad-hoc support to the Head of HR with projects

Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:

Have 6 months - 1 year of experience working in an HR function

Have preferably worked in a medium-large business

Have experience working with an HR system and Excel in previous roles
