Job Details
We're currently working with a global bank on an opportunity for an HR Administrator to join their UK head office HR team. You'll be part of a team of 3 Administrators that support the HR Business Partners and the Head of HR UK, thus being a position with terrific exposure and potential to build close working relationships with senior HR professionals.Responsibilities include:Coordinating onboarding from offer letters to probation documentsCollate monthly information for payroll and support with annual compensation reviewProduce management information as requestedMaintain the HR database ensuring files are up to dateSupport the recruitment process from managing applications to interviewing candidatesAssist the HRBP's as and when required, inclusive of involvement in project workCoordinate learning & development workshops and coursesAd-hoc support to the Head of HR with projectsCandidates suitable for this opportunity will:Have 6 months - 1 year of experience working in an HR functionHave preferably worked in a medium-large businessHave experience working with an HR system and Excel in previous roles
