I am working with a great well-known independent charity based in West London who are looking for a People Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.The People Administrator will be responsible for assisting the People team in all aspects of administration across Recruitment, Learning and Development, Business Partnering and Management Information and Systems. This is a great generalist role for someone looking to kick start their HR career in a great organisation.The includes but is not limited to:RecruitmentTaking ownership of the candidate experience to ensure the highest calibre exposure to the business and a seamless processTaking ownership of all interview coordination across agency/ candidates and hiring managers for all departmentsTaking ownership of all recruitment tracking spreadsheets and documentationRoom bookings, meet and greet for interviews, internal and external job postings and passing on feedbackManagement Information and SystemsManage the new starter process (checking and sending out offer packs to candidates, monitoring reference returns and ensuring the HRIS is kept updated with new starters)Collecting, checking and processing new employee documents for Payroll and Compliance and maintaining DBS checks - initiating and conducting document checks for new joiners and as existing checks expire for current employeesLearning and DevelopmentBooking employees on to the in-house courseKeep learning records up to dateManage the Learning and Development inboxMaking up on-boarding packs for new startersIdeally you will have 6 months to a year's administration experience and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
