Graduate Recruitment Assistant (12 Month FTC)
A leading International Law Firm are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Assistant for a 12 month FTC.
Your new company
You will be joining the wider recruitment team of an International law firm based the City of London.
Your new role
You will take sole responsibility for the firms graduate recruitment; running open days and vacation schemes in addition to managing all training contract applications. You will run the firm's campus ambassador programme and engage with universities (and attend law fairs) to source candidates. You will act all the key point of contact for candidates throughout their recruitment process; conducting screening and coordinating interviews. You will also support Graduate Development: onboarding trainees, assisting with inductions and managing seat rotations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a professional and highly personable with previous experience within a recruitment role. An solid understanding of graduate recruitment and/or training contracts is a must. You should be well versed managing and screening applications as well coordinating recruitment end to end. Exposure to graduate development responsibilities such as seat rotations will be highly beneficial.
What you'll get in return
Competitive salary of c. £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, experience depending. Flexible benefit package.
