Senior HR Advisor job in Epsom for an engineering company for a 6 month FTC paying £40,000-£45,000.

Our Engineering client is recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor position for a 6 month FTC which will cover maternity leave. This company is currently going through an exciting period of change after being acquired by a Canadian company in 2017.

Your new role
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will be required to work within the UK wide HR Operations team executing a successful delivery of HR cases, TUPE and project management for the business groups. Aligning the HR people strategy to the business strategy and working inclusively to stakeholders of building collaborative partnerships.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you will be need to be a HR professional with experience on managing employee relation cases. You must also have strong coaching skills with the ability to motivate a team and individuals.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £40,000-£45,000 plus holiday, pension, flexible working and excellent training.
