Your new company
Your new company are market-leaders in the energy industry, providing a range of services to clients across the UK. They currently have a headcount of circa 300 employees and are set to grow their business by another 100 in the upcoming year. They are now looking for a HR Business Partner to oversee the sales side of the business across their sites in Lytham and Liverpool.
Your new role
Your new job will oversee the provision of cultural change within the business; specifically, embedding positive change and leading employee engagement initiatives to do so with the vision of reducing attrition rates. You will be working closely with line managers to develop and deliver process in addition to identifying skill gaps and designing training and upskilling managers to effectively handle employee relations issues. You will be dealing with very complex casework alongside working on specific HR projects to achieve business goals.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a CIPD qualified professional with experience of working in a similar background within a HR function. You will have strong exposure to complex employee relations issues, be able to communicate across all levels, with demonstrable experience of HR projects particularly surrounding cultural change/change management.
What you'll get in return
The client is offering a salary of £39000-£46000 depending on experience, a car allowance, generous pension and 28 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
