LMA are working with a creative and forward thinking business Services company in the search for an Internal Communications Manager. Our client has over 33 locations across the UK. Our client are Private Equity backed and are expected to see a huge amount of expansion across Europe in the next few years.

This role is to report into the Chief People Officer and is there to help communicate change with internal stakeholders and across the wider business in the fast moving environment which this organisation operates within.

Some key duties you will be required to carry out will be but not limited to:

  • Develop and lead on the implementation of an insight driven employee communications strategy.
  • Porter with marketing, Talent Acquisition, HR & Learning and Development teams to drive the overall people agenda.
  • Create and implement ongoing strategy metrics.
  • Deliver strong and powerful content that plugs into the digital world.
  • Provide strategic counsel to leadership team and drive effective communication and collaboration.

The successful candidate will have proven and strong experience within employee communications space and within multiple communication channels. You will also have experience working within a business transformation and change environment. It is also necessary you are able to provide effective coaching and influence senior leaders in order to get things done.

This is a permanent position, looking to pay between £50,000-£60,000.
