An international bank in the city are looking for a Payroll Advisor to join their busy and vibrant HR team.

Remuneration and Benefits Responsibilities

To act as primary HR Payroll Advisor for monthly payroll.

Ensure payroll procedures are met to a high degree of accuracy and liaising with HR Team and the external payroll provider.

Record keeping for and preparation of P11D's and other PAYE related matters in partnership with HPA.

Maintain the administration and renewal of all employee benefits including Private Health Insurance, Mortgage Subsidy, Season Ticket & Personal loans administration, Health Screening, Permanent Health Insurance, and Pensions. Act as the main contact for the administration of all benefit providers.

Liaise with Pension scheme administrators regarding joiners, movers and leavers.

Ensure all HR Payroll invoices are accurately processed

Chair payroll continuous improvement meetings and implement improvements.
