Learning and Development Manager - Law Firm

Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a Law Firm based in Birmingham. We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. The Learning and Development manager will manage the design and delivery of a range of global and UK development programmes for senior associates, counsel and partners. This would involve workshops, and e-learning and external providers.

The ideal candidate could be a L&D professional within the legal / professional services sector or a lawyer or law graduate who has moved into learning or HR.

Typical duties:

Provide strategic advice on training requirements and legal education reform for UK trainees and future trainees

Oversee regulatory training for UK trainees

Deliver and refresh the business learning programme

Build and maintain relationships with senior key stakeholders

Liaise and grow relationships with external stakeholders and consultants

Line manage learning and development administrator

This role is working in a law firm and it is a great opportunity to work in their Birmingham office. The successful candidate will need to travel to other office locations so flexibility is needed for travel.
