Interim Reward Senior Manager
LMA is delighted to be partnering with a major PLC in the London area to recruit an Interim Senior Reward Manager.
You will support the Reward Director with a mixture operational objectives and change projects and provide expertise across the EMEA region.
Role responsibilities include:
- Ownership of grading and benchamarking projects
- Support wider HR with Change and Transformation projects
- Drafting of papers for remco
- Advise regional and loacal HR teams on specialist Reward topics
- Work closely with Reward Director on strategic initiatives across the EMEA region
To be successful in this role you will possess a mix of technical expertise, emotional intelgince and strong business partnering skills . You will ideally have worked in a regional role for a PLC or a large multi national corporation
