LMA is delighted to be partnering with a well known brand in the London area to exclusively recruit the Reward Manager.

The Reward Manager will report into the Head of Reward and will be responsible for leading on Reward operations as well as projects throughout the Reward cycle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of the annual review cycle
  • Management of bonus and long term awards
  • Help the business implement technologies to improve process
  • Provide bespoke insights, analytics and dashboards to HR team members and ad hoc requests from business heads
  • Advise on Reward policy
