LMA is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a PLC in the London area who are recruiting for a Reward Analyst.
The Reward Analyst will report into the Reward Manager and will be responsible for producing insights, analytics and reports as well as supporting the team to deliver on all cyclical Reward activities.
The role will be analytical in nature and you will be given the tools to produce high value MI dashboards and pack's which will be used at board level meetings.
There will also be opportunity to get involved in change projects, linking with systems performance and process improvement.
