A forward thinking and influential international organisation is looking for a senior HRBP to deliver the people plan across key business areas, building high performing and motivated teams.

Accountabilities include:

  • Designing and implementing the HR plan aligning against the corporate plan
  • Supporting, coaching and advising the business in regards to organisation change
  • Developing Talent and Succession plans
  • Responsible for complex ER cases
  • Providing analysis and insights in each business area to underpin future strategy, development around people, change and the organisation
  • Leading on job evaluation of roles ensuring consistency across the business
  • Encouraging continuous improvement in HR team practice, ensuring they are in line with their values and promoting equal opportunities and diversity with the organisation

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of senior business partnering in a professional and commercial organisation
  • Experience of planning and delivering organisation design and people change
  • Hands on experience of managing complex employee relation issues
  • Experience of developing talent and succession plans
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker, excellent problem solving skills and influencing different business areas and management levels
