This is a great opportunity to work for a market leader in the Telecommunications industry, with Head Offices based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. They are currently undergoing a restructure and subsequently are recruiting for a permanent HR Advisor to join a large HR team in Hatfield.

Client Details

The client are a well-known, market leading UK business, currently recruiting for a HR Advisor.

Description

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Partner with managers on ER issues
  • Deal with queries
  • To be the first line of support for all ER matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
  • To support line managers in meetings (ER, probationary etc)
  • Ensure that all updated policies and procedures are communicated to wider business
  • To own the company recruitment process
  • Oversee the timely update and maintenance of the HR system (Oracle)
  • To produce reports as and when required

Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working within a large HR function
  • Be CIPD qualified/ studier
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work independently, take initiative and be proactive
  • Be able to work well within a team and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
