Description

Overview:

The Group Reward Advisor role is to ensure flawless execution of the annual cycle of Reward activities to ensure that business colleagues across the Group are rewarded fairly and in line with market practice.

Responsibilities:

The Group Reward Advisor is accountable for processes and work across both compensation and benefits including:

  • End to end process management of the Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) including creation and distribution of all plan documentation, management of grants and vests, vendor management
  • Ownership of job evaluations for all roles below work level 3
  • Ownership of market data processes, including communication and support for annual survey processes; distribution of market data; partnering with Mercer to create salary ranges; internal and external benchmarking of individual roles below WL3 where required
  • Ownership of Annual and Mid-Year Salary Review process including creation of merit grids, communication of processes and timing
  • Support Group Annual Bonus Plan processes
  • Manage all cross-border permanent transfers
  • Produce key analytics to support the people agenda
  • Maintain Reward pages on intranet
  • Participate in Reward projects as required

Profile

Essential

  • Educated to Degree Level or equivalent
  • Reward Experience, particularly variable pay (short and long-term incentives) and job evaluation and benchmarking Well-developed skills and knowledge of Reward principles
  • Excel skills
  • Broad understanding of HR topics
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills (including cross-culturally) Strong analytical and numerical reasoning
  • Critical thinking and curiosity
  • Detail focused
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Able to build strong relationships across the HR community

Desirable

  • Experience of Mercer job evaluation processes
  • Experience of Success Factors Compensation module
  • Experience of Global Mobility Topics
  • Experience in FMCG
  • Project management skills
  • Understanding of international tax issues
  • Able to highlight issues and get a solution via HRSLT
  • Able to see patterns in data
