Regional HR Business Partner, (c. £40,000 + car allowance) FTC
A leading restaurant chain is looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join their team. This role will report to the Head of Operations and will work across the full range of the HR function and proactively drive the HR agenda.
The successful candidate will need a strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate the company's business plans and goals into human resource capabilities needed to achieve results.
As the HR Business Partner your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Excellent technical HR knowledge through HRBP experience within a matrix organisation Field-based experience in retail or hospitalityGood understanding of talent planning, succession planning and leadership development.Experience in Organisational Design and creating High Performing Organisations.
