Compliance & Risk Team Leader
You will be responsible for managing a team of Compliance, Quality and Risk Advisors and act as an escalation point for any complex queries. You will also manage a team with deals with GDPR.
Our client are a market leaading global recruitment agency, FTSE 250 business who have glossy offices looking over the shard.
As a Team Leader you will act as an escalaction point for the entire Compliance, Quality and Risk function.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating compliance and audits checks across the business in the UK and globally whilst also implementing new processes, you will provide weekly reports, answer queries by email and phone and respond to complaints from both candidates and clients.
This is a fast paced role where no two days will be the same
The ideal candidate will have:
Managed a compliance, complaints or quality function within a recruitment agency
Worked within a Compliance/Complaints or Customer Service team previously
Have private sector experience and have ideally worked for a Recruitment Agency
Have line management experience
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
£30,000 - £38,000 with a flexible benefits package which you can tweak to suit you!
