Client Details

My client is a charity based in Hatfield looking for a customer service manager. They need someone hardworking and dedicated to join their team on a permanent basis. Their team has expanded in recent months and they are planning on this continuing, so there will be plenty of chances for progression.

Description

The responsibilities of the customer service manager include:

Implement key performance indicators within the team, and work with managers to ensure targets are met
Work with global B2B customers ensuring best practice is adhered
Deliver the group customer service strategy, working closely with the wider organisation to understand the business vision
Take responsibility for end to end issues, ensuring resolutions are achieved in a timely manor, with minimal determent to the customer or business
Work closely with senior internal stakeholders to support on key projects
Maximise all resources available to allow for a best in class level of customer service
Continuously review policies and procedures, making changes where required to improve the overall customer journey

Profile

To be successful you must:

Experienced in leading a multi-site operation
Strong background within customer service / experience
Ability to build strong working relationships
Experience in working with senior stakeholders, both internal and external
Ability to drive a continuous improvements culture
Ability to make key decisions in a fast paced & ever changing environment
Strong communication and influencing skills
