The responsibilities of the customer service advisor include:
Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the incoming calls and emails from all customer queries. Managing customer expectations, resolving complaints and general administrative skills.
The successful candidate will be required to have/be:
Previous experience within Customer Service related background
Good communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Manage customer expectations
