The role is for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the commercially focused HR team, working alongside 2 other Business Partners, this is a hands-on' role responsible for providing strong day-to- day HR leadership and operational activity to the business leaders.

If you are a passionate, determined and experienced HR Business Partner, who enjoys big challenges and wants to be part of this journey then this could be a great role for you. This role for an initial period of 12 months with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Overview of the role;

• Build strong stakeholder relationships to develop a strong understanding of their business goals and challenges to provide appropriate HR support.
• Ensure the Employee Relations frameworks are in place to manage all discipline, grievance, performance management, sickness and redundancy cases. Leading on complex cases.
• Oversee all organisation-restructuring activities ensuring structures are designed to deliver business agendas and are fit for purpose.
• Responsible for creating and managing the workforce Resource plan for designated client group. Pro-actively identifying skills gaps and managing development plans accordingly.
• Help build better communication between the business partnering and HR Service Delivery teams to ensure day to day transactional activity is meeting the needs of the business.
• Coach and mentor the HR Advisory team

Background and experience required;

• Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner in a large complex organisation
• Experience of working with a diverse workforce
• Excellent UK employment law knowledge
• CIPD qualified;
• Expertise in managing complex individual and collective Employee Relations cases;
• Outstanding organisational skills and ability work confidently in changing environments;
