Your new role
A newly created role to support the recent and planned growth.
- You will hold full HR responsibility across 2 sites for an employee headcount of 145.
- Create, roll out and imbed HR policies and procedures
- Time and attendance
- Disciplinaries & grievances
- Holiday and annual leave tracking & data capture
- Recruitment & retention
- Payroll
- Support and upskill manager population - working with SMART objectives
- Alignment of employee contracts in line with merger
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be CIPD qualified and have worked in a similar role previously.
