HR Consultant - Reward Project

Global business services provider is seeking a HR Consultant to join their team on a three month basis. This is a fixed term contract for three months.

This contract will include:

• Partnering with the business to develop and implement people strategies in line with the business other members of the HR team
• Managing HR projects and deliver key people initiatives & change programmes by drawing on support from HR colleagues and engaging key business stakeholders.
• Designing a compensation and benefit program to be rolled out across the business
• Working in partnership with the respective group divisions to develop business aligned short term incentive, commission and bonus plans
• Developing efficient processes and controls to deliver the annual bonus plans as well as all associated payments as part of the annual compensation cycle
• Ensuring reward governance foundations are in operation across the group
• Delivering salary management to each division as and when required on salary benchmarking, salary ranges, out of cycle increases and new appointments
