Associate Director, Reward
Oakleaf are working with a growing technology business within the Healthcare space. They are a business that is going through high growth, through mergers and acquisitions. The role is a maternity cover for an initial 12 month basis. They are looking at £70 - £80k with car allowance and competitive bonus. This is an Associate Director level role, leading on the Total Reward and reporting in to the Global Reward Director. The organisation has gone through a number of acquisitions so this role is a blend of business as usual and project/M&A based work. The initial focus will be the benefits harmonisation project as well as supporting on the annual review and year end process. The successful candidate will have: International/EMEA Reward experienceStrategic compensation and benefits exposureExperience of benefits harmonisation on a global scaleStrong excel skills and communication skills They are looking for someone who can work in a high touch environment as this is a very visible role across the orgnisation therefore the ability to build credibility and relationships quickly is key.
